Pork Chop & Apples

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

6 parma ham slices.
6 pork chops.
3 peeled apples in wedges.
24 asparagus ready cooked.
1/4c brown sugar.
1/2 ts cinnamon.
2tb butter.

Directions:

Wrap the parma ham around the chops,panfried on each side golden brown and put in the oven for 12 minutes to let cook.

Place apple slices in greased pan with the butter and sugar cinnamon reduce to light caramel add you apples wedges for 1 minute on low heat. To serve place the warm asparagus on the plate, pork chop on top apple wedges as a tower on the side sprinkle the caramel sauce around the plate ps if the caramel is to thick you can add little bit of apple juice.
