Panfried Pork Fillet with Vanila Mash

Ingredients:

12 potatos to cook with salt.
Knob of butter.
Nutmeg.
Salt pepper.
2 vanilla pods cut in half and seeded.
Olive oil.
4x125 g pork fillet trimed.
8 peaces of parmaham.
Piping bag.
Port sauce see basic recipes.
Served with baby vegetable or rustic veg if you like.

Directions:

Mash potatoes, salt pepper and nutmeg.
4x 125 g of pork fillet wrapt in parma ham.
Put olive oil in to the pan seal the pork nicely.
Maintime cut 2 vanilla pods in half and scrape out the seeds and add to the mash when the pork are ready slice the meat in to five put the pork around the piped mash.
