Pan fried Scallops with Coriander Noodles

Ingredients:

16 dry scallops.
10 g butter.
lemon juice from 1 lemon.
salt pepper.
160 g linguini cooked.
bunch of fresh coriander chopped.
15 ml olive oil.

Directions:

Put a pan on the stove wait tils hot but not smoking hot,
add little bit olive oil add your scallops cook for about 1 minute one one side turn over to the other side for 1 minute,
add salt pepper bytter lemon juice toss around so the scallops are covered,put aside have another pan ready on the stove.
Add little bit olive oil, in with the pasta juse a fork to work with add your fresh coriander, salt and pepper.
to serve put noodles in the middle of the serving plate 3 scallops around the pasta and one on top drizzle with the juice from pan of the scallops,
as for garnish if you like and have money you can always show off to your friend by adding some russian caviar,on top or way not instead monkfish roe it work well to.
