Mixed Berry Brulee

Ingredients:

450 g mixed fresh berries such as rasberries bluebarries and blackberries.
50 g caster suger.
2x284 ml pots smetana or fat-free greek yogurt.
75 ml demera sugar.

Directions:

Place the mixed fruit and caster suger in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.

The fruit shuld release a little juice but still be firm,Remove from the heat and leave to cool

Preheat the grill to high, Divide the berrys mixtures between six individual ramekins and spoon over the smetana, sprinkle 15 ml demera sugar over each ramekin and place under the grill for 1/2 minutes or until the suger starts to melt and caramelise/chill for 30 minutes before serving
