Green Gazpacho Soup

Place the following into a blender container and process until vegetables are course chunks.

Ingredients:

5-6 green onions.
32 oz. jar of tomato juice 1 t.
chopped garlic 1/2 a green pepper in large pieces.
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and course chopped.
2 T. fresh lemon juice.
1 T. olive oil.
1/2 t. salt.
1 t. sugar.
dash of white pepper.

Directions:

Chill until ready to serve. Add garlic or cheese croutons on top when serving. Sour cream optional.
