Goats Cheese Tart

Serves 4. Vegetarian

Ingredients:

4 savoury tart cases can bee bought from super market.
1 large white onion sliced.
20 g butter.
12 baby boil potatoes cooked and sliced.
12 sun brushed tomatoes.
3 plum tomatoes cut in to diced.
200 g goat cheese.
120 g mixed salads leaves washed.
table spoon of chopped chives.
3 tablespoons of vinaigrette.

Directions:

Cook sliced onions in butter on low heat until soft. Put onion in the bottoms of the tart put sliced new potatoes on top ,crumble goat cheese on top of the potatoes.
put 3 sun brushed tomatoes on tart and bake in the oven 10 min gas mark 4 or 330 f.
to assemble mixed salad leaves with the half of the dressing and then place back of plate put tomatoes cubes around the tart and pour dressing over.
