Chargrilled Vegetables with Minted Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

Peppers.
Salt peppers.
Wite wine.
3 lamb chops.
Tyme.
Olive oil.
Garlic oil.
Zucciny.

Directions:

Season the lamb chop salt pepper and choped thyme.
Cut the pepper in to 9 peaces add some olive oil on them.
Put chargrill on hight temp putt a pan on for your lamb chops and at the same time start to grilled the peppers when nice grilled turn over the other side.
It will take aboy 10 minutws for the peppers to cook.

Slice the zuccine in chargrilled with some olive oil on salt and pepper.

Serve the vegetables in the centre of the plate with the pepper in the midle and the lamb chops on top and sprikle a tomato dressing on the vegeables.
